Mary Ann, are you using this as a metaphor for the way society was/is heading? Interesting poem.
My metaphors almost always have two or more meanings–you have identified one of them. Thanks so much for reading and commenting. M.A.
having an especial love for owls — go figure — I like this, and find it interesting. thank you.
I remember going to a bird sanctuary and hospital for birds when I was a kid–had the privilege of viewing many owls and other wild birds on the mend, there. I like owls too. 🙂
very cool!
*smiling*
this is a hoot….
Ha!
And I am “intrigued” by this one–love it!
I wrote a lot that night–several shorts back to back as if stored somewhere unknown to me. Thanks for reading. 🙂
And this is an intriguing poem. k.
Good Morning! Thanks for reading Owl’s Mirror. Wishing you a wonderful day. 🙂
aha, your wisdom is the absence of the wisdom you thought you once had; and is far far greater – very good
nice of you to go into the archives and read. Thank you, m lewis!
This is a real find. It says so much with so few words. In step with who we are and where we are.
Lovely to see you here. Thanks! 🙂
