Fitted Sunshine

Big fat sunshine
Writer tires of the dearest raindrops
All steps pushed aside

Their infuriating curiosity
In the rain
Her, her, him, he and she
Drenched brick minds
Complaining of writer’s block

Default silhouettes?
Just forget it.

Language is a radio
A thick shoulder
The equal part of the wall
That grabs the brain

I like the poem… in particular since it’s getting spring and I enjoy the sunshine. :-)

    Wow, that says it…

  5. Liked this one very much and although I recognize allegorical writing, living in Phoenix, Arizona where the sun shines 362 & 1\2 days a year, I can read this in the literal writing as well…LOL thank you!
